Our goal is to connect prospective renters directly with landlords and lease holders.
We do this by managing MyTherapyOfficeSpace as an easy to use platform. Office listings are displayed in a graphic format. They can be easily filtered by several categories. Landlords or lease holders can list full-time or part-time; furnished or unfurnished, etc. Renters contact the listing entity directly.
We aggressively advertise on Google Search using their Google Ads platform, as well as across social media.
We are always looking for new and creative ways to capture a larger audience searching to rent office space.
MyTherapyOfficeSpace came about through our own search experience for office space. All we wanted was a single office, but our search options were limited. The vast majority of listings we found were by brokers looking to lease half and full floors. The few single offices that we did find were old, used, dark, and overpriced. We created this listing service as a platform to specialize in the single ensuite office space for renters.
Our fee is limited to the monthly subscription that the landlord/lease holder pays us to list their space ($25-$40/month). We are not brokers and do not charge a brokerage fee, nor any other fees, other than the monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time.
