IPTAR's Therapy Suite features furnished Hourly Therapy Offices available for rent, and 3 Full Time offices all with comfortable seating and couches for psychotherapy.
Office Spaces are available on the 2nd floor of a 3-story wheelchair accessible building. There is personal key fob access into suite, with amenities such as a Poland Spring filtered water station, touch-free hand sanitizing station, and ADA all-gender bathroom available. We provide in room air purifiers, daily cleaning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a locked kitchen with full size fridge and microwave available for all renters.
The spacious suite also features a large waiting area for patients.
The space is very quiet and consists of private offices to use for a few hours or daily. The average office dimensions are about 10' x 11'. All are furnished with new couches, chairs, and extra seating.
Hourly Rentals: $30/hour - Hourly Renters are able to rent space 7 days a week from 7am- 10pm
Full Time: $1550- $1875- Annual Renters are able to access the suite 24/7/365
